August Membership Meeting

Join us on Thursday, August 13th at The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center as we welcome Clarence L. Vaughn III, MBA Director, Office of Diversity & Community Relations, University of Tennessee Knoxville, Haslam College of Business for a conversation titled, “Understanding Bias”, directed towards building a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all community members.

• Learning the differentiation between implicit and explicit bias
• Providing tools and resources to examine and challenge personal bias
• Identification of practices that provide for a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Promoting of ways to enhance transparency and open dialogue about cultural differences
