Call to Action!!! – ADA Letter to Congressmen

As you are hopefully aware the ADA requirements, as interpreted by the Department of Justice, place an undue financial burden on our PFHA members with pools.  After extensive talks between the ADA and the American Hotel & Lodging Association the dialogue has gone nowhere. The THNHA is asking members to act now to alert your Representatives and Congressmen regarding this issue. The PFHA Exec Committee has mapped out a plan for me to fax a letter to these elected officials on behalf of the association, then next week supply all of our members with some talking points and contact info requesting that they hammer the faxes of each of the offices with their own letters.
